Kanch offers total support for their clients with reliability, quality, and professionalism.  Our Quality Assurance programs were designed to prevent downtime, and to keep your systems meticulously maintained.  Our engineering staff is continuously trained with the latest technology to ensure that you receive quick and efficient service.  Some of the support services Kanch currently offers are:

  • System Design – We believe that it is important to learn the way your business works. We study your workflow before recommending a computer solution.
  • Software and Hardware Design – We identify existing products or work with you to create a custom program to implement your information needs. We assist in selecting and procuring appropriate servers, work-stations, routers, printers, and peripherals to serve your computing needs.
  • Network Training – Kanch provides complete hands-on training for all users. Onsite training is available for all aspects of network operation.
  • Network Maintenance – Services for most network programs including operating systems support, upgrades, relocations, and account and password set-ups.
  • Hardware & Software Maintenance – Kanch has many plans to support their clients for hardware & software maintenance, some are:
    • On-Site Maintenance which includes 2-hours for Server and 4-hours for workstation response time. Loaner equipment within 24-hours.
    • Depot service which includes equipment pickup and delivery
    • Different Block Time and Materials programs are also available.
